Our products are proudly manufactured and shipped from Portugal to our storage in Boston, Massachusetts. From there, they are dispatched to all domestic customers within the United States and surrounding territories.

Since your order is shipped usually the same day, we can only accept address changes or cancellations within 2 hours of payment. Please contact our team with the subject heading “ADDRESS CHANGE” or “ORDER CANCELLATION” to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your confirmation number.
There will be two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to sender.
If the order is returned for failure to pick-up or due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You can contact our team to redeliver your order once new shipping costs have been paid.
If the delivery failure is due to any negligence on the part of CertifiedFaceCovers.com, we will ship a new order using express shipping without any additional costs.
If you received the incorrect product or it arrived damaged, do not open the product packaging and contact our team within 24 hours at email@example.com. You will receive a new order without additional costs.
All masks that are approved for returns will be destroyed. For the safety of our customers, and our team, we can not accept returns for any other reasons beyond the following mentioned above.
