Since your order is shipped usually the same day, we can only accept address changes or cancellations within 2 hours of payment. Please contact our team with the subject heading “ADDRESS CHANGE” or “ORDER CANCELLATION” to support@certifiedfacecovers.com, along with your confirmation number.

QuestionMy order was undeliverable and returned. How can I recover it?

There will be two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to sender.

If the order is returned for failure to pick-up or due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You can contact our team to redeliver your order once new shipping costs have been paid.

If the delivery failure is due to any negligence on the part of CertifiedFaceCovers.com, we will ship a new order using express shipping without any additional costs.

If you received the incorrect product or it arrived damaged, do not open the product packaging and contact our team within 24 hours at support@certifiedfacecovers.com. You will receive a new order without additional costs.

AnswerWe do not accept returns on used or masks removed from their packaging. If you do receive defective or damaged masks, we will allow exchanges for new products.

All masks that are approved for returns will be destroyed. For the safety of our customers, and our team, we can not accept returns for any other reasons beyond the following mentioned above.
